No purpose in this Policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 3 years for contractual purposes and 3 years for marketing activities for the period of time in which you have an account with us and 3 years past the termination of your account in order to satisfy certain tax and legal regulatory requirements.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. You should only access the services within a secure environment.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years of age.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that such individuals not provide personal information through the Site. If you are under 13 years of age, you may browse our Site; however, you may not provide personal information to us. For example, you cannot register or make a purchase. This policy is designed to protect children. Federal law requires us to take special steps to safeguard children's privacy. For more information about this federal law and about children's privacy, visit the Federal Trade Commission. If you register with us and we discover that you are under 13, we will delete such registration. If you are under 13 and want to make a purchase, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order for you.
9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
You can manage your profile and email preferences, including “opting out” of email by contacting us using the information in the “Account Information” section below. For California residents, please consult the “What are your California Privacy Rights” section for additional considerations.
Our processing of your data is based upon your consent, contract performance (e.g., your purchase of products or membership sign-up/renewal), legitimate business interest (e.g., direct marketing of goods and services), or compliance with law. You have the right to object to our processing of your data or to restrict our processing of your data. In addition, if you have consented to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
It is important for you to play a role in keeping your information safe and secure. When signing up for an online account, please be sure to choose an account password that is hard for others to guess and never reveal it to anyone else. If you use a shared or public computer, never choose to have your login ID or password remembered and make sure to log out of your account every time you leave the computer.
10. WHAT ARE YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Under California Law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship: (a) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, email and mailing address and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third-parties’ direct marketing purposes; and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties. To request the above information, please contact us at dpo@monatglobal.com . We will respond to these requests within forty-five (45) days. Requests that come by other means may result in a delayed response. Verification of your request may require that you disclose additional personal information.
California law also provides that California residents are entitled to know how the http://www.americascre.com/ website responds to “Do Not Track” browser settings. Like many other websites and online services, this website does not currently alter its practices when it receives “Do Not Track” signals.
When you visit a website in any browser, you automatically share information with that website, such as cookies, your IP address, and other standard PC information. If the website contains content provided by a third-party website (for example, a map, advertisement, or web measurement tools such as web beacon or scripts), some information about you may be automatically sent to the content provider. This type of arrangement has several benefits: for example, you can access third-party content conveniently, and the presence of advertising on a website you’re visiting may let the website provide access to premium content at no charge. There can, however, be an impact on your privacy as a result, because it is possible for the content providers to track you across multiple websites.
When the Do No Track feature in Internet Explorer is turned on, Internet Explorer will send you a Do Not Track request to the websites you visit and to the third parties whose content is hosted on those Sites to let the Sites know that you would prefer not to be tracked. Websites may continue to engage in activities you might view as tracking even though you have expressed this preference, depending on your websites’ privacy practices. Websites may ask for permission for an exception from Do Not Track. You can clear the websites you have exempted at any time.
To turn the Do Not Track feature on or off:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click MORE : > Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Under “Privacy and Security,” turn Send a “Do Not Track” request with your browsing traffic on or off.

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
